Xyea Incident management records the details of incidents and adverse events enabling immediate remedial action and permanent fixes to be put in place for a range of incidents including falls, challenging behaviour, wound care, medication, infection control, staff practice, safeguarding, restraint, etc.

Incidents are linked to their related risks and the associated control measures enabling you to review and address live and online any changes to controls that are needed.

The backup associated with incidents is available including evidence of learnings for staff.

Follow-up Actions are recorded, tracked to an individual owner with alerts on deadlines and a variety of management reports on incident rates & analysis of improvements levels is available for inspection.
